Sales Terms and Conditions
Applicable Law
This agreement
shall be construed, enforced, and performed in accordance with the laws of the
State of North
Carolina without reference to the principals of conflicts of laws.

Payment
and Cancellations
CUSTOMER
agrees to pay the full price in accordance with the payment terms contained herein.
If CUSTOMER cancels reservation prior
to event date, the deposit is forfeited.
If reservation is canceled after full payment is made, a credit
for the amount paid will be given to
CUSTOMER for future use within 12 months from date of cancellation.
Payment can be made in two ways...
1.
Pay the full amount via credit card at our website, via telephone or by check (if time permits).
2. Pay a 20%
deposit at our website, via telephone or by check with the balance due 30 days before event.

Keep in mind, we may not be able to accommodate any additional hours required over the agreed
upon paid hours and
the driver may be instructed to leave the customer
site when time has expired (including time
required to return to our garage).

Our pricing structure provide two options for
customers...
1. Our Wedding Packages - provides up to a number of total hours (which includes travel time) to
and from our garages. Therefore, the total time the car
is available to customer is minus travel time. All travel times are calculated in 1/2 hour increments each way, except for
Cary/Morrisville, NC which is calculated in 15 minutes increments each way.

2. Standard Rates & Travel Charge -
guarantee customer a set number of hours a car is available to the customer. Garage to garage travel time is NOT subtracted from the customer's agreed upon hours purchased for
travel outside Raleigh/Durham area. See travel chart for travel charge outside the Raleigh/Durham, NC area.
Also, this option is design to offer
customers up to an additional hour of service with the current vehicle or a substitute vehicle should activities
run behind schedule. Our Wedding Packages DO NOT offer any scheduling flexibility outside the package time.

3. All of our vehicles leave the garages with the intent to arrive at customer location at least 15 minutes early.
We used this time to prepare the vehicle and ensure everything is to customer request. However, from
time-to-time, we experience travel delays due to construction and accidents that are outside of our control. In
rare cases, this may cause us to arrive late for a pickup. This is rare, but should be noticed.

For safety reasons, Classy Transportation,
LLC reserves the rights to cancel or postpone a scheduled trip if travel and driving
conditions are deem dangerous or hazardous to passengers,
driver or vehicle.

If the selected vehicle becomes inoperable on or before the date of service, CUSTOMER will have the option of selecting a replacement vehicle, if available or canceling their reservation for a full refund.

Excluded Costs
All
travel expenses incurred such as vehicle transport, overnight accommodations, parking fees, tolls, meals, and
other expenses not already included in the agreed upon price are
extra.

Liability
and Damage
The total liability of Classy
Transportation, LLC shall be limited to the liability insurance coverage of the vehicle(s) and the liability insurance coverage of any other vehicle or
person(s) involved in any incident(s) in which a claim for damages of any kind may arise.

All claims under this agreement, including, but not limited to, claims of negligence, breach of agreement and failure of a remedy to accomplish its essential purpose, shall
not exceed the amount of the fees paid by CUSTOMER to Classy Transportation,
LLC.

NOTE: WE HAVE DISCOVERED A PROBLEM WITH CERTAIN WEDDING DRESSES DEVELOPING A
STAIN. THE STAIN IS CAUSED BY THE TYPE OF DRESS THE BRIDE HAS SELECTED. THEREFORE WE WILL NO
LONGER BE LIABLE FOR THESE TYPES OF STAINS. CLICK LINK BELOW FOR DETAILS.
